Is poor service worth the money you will spend? Did you read the small print?  Do you know what you are being offered?  Before you make a decision about who should handle the sale of your home, be sure you know what you are getting for your money.  What is included? What is not included?  Do you have to do your own advertising? One quarter- page ad at my discounted rate is over $250.00.  Do you have to do your own open houses?   Are there security measures in place when your home is being shown? Do you know anything about the company or sales representative? Caution; ask lots of questions!

 When you interview other agents, be sure to ask what you have to pay.  Ask lots of questions about their marketing plans and what you pay if an agent from another company sells your home.  Take care.  This is probably one of the largest investments you own.  Don’t rush into a contract that does not put your interests first.
